t gives me great pleasure to write this overview brief of our \ufb01rst \ufb01ve year strategic and for 2019-2023 for the House of the Lord Church International (HOLCI). This church was conceived through a vision very early in my youth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
things that were written in the Scriptures long time ago, were for the sole purpose of teaching, giving hope and encouragement for us as we wait patiently for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (Rom.15:4). The content of this \ufb01ve year plan focuses on strategies that teach, correct, and rebuke towards righteousness so we may be found complete in all areas of our lives. We want to dedicate our e\ufb00orts to teach believers mainly on the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
life and founded and registered in March 2016 in Mahikeng, North West Province. Not long from now, we will be celebrating our third year as a an established church fully operating under the full guidance of the person of the Holy Spirit. So far it has been a joy to be the Senior Pastor and Board Chairperson of the House of the Lord Church International. Over and above, the Lord has blessed and surrounded me with a wonderful and great team of men and women both in the Board and various ministries of the church. Believers of great note, who are envisioned with great commission of serving the Lord and thirsty to reconcile H i s p e o p l e b a c k t o H i m .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we all aware, the matter of the call to pastoral ministry is a complicated one, involving issues of character, technical ability, and subjecting ourselves to the full guidance of the Holy Spirit. As leader and Pastor of a church, one therefore needs to have a diversi\ufb01ed skilled and compatible team that will fully support your calling in the ministry of God. To this extent this team of HOLCI leadership and workers has extensively and carefully assisted and supported us (Rose and I) to craft a detailed plan whilst balancing the external and the internal aspects of the call. As Senior Pastor, this plan is daily renewing our passion for raising up the next generation of dedicated teachers, pastors, prophets and workers. It makes us to be focused on the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. This \ufb01ve year plan breaks down and thoroughly distill our seven high level strategic goals into small implementable, achievable and measurable objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nUltimately, we intent to ensure that people and believers generally know who they are in Christ, the power they carry and the authority they have been given. We want to have believers who will comprehend and embrace their inheritance which include amongst others, dominion over all the works of darkness such as sin, sickness, disease and spiritual death (Matt.10:19).
\nThe main anchors of our strategic goals is knowledge, revelation and wisdom which are what changes the lives of people forever. These anchors will assist us to take advantage of our authority in Jesus and to successfully stand against the strategies of the devil in every circumstance, to take position in Christ Jesus and reign as kings in our daily lives.
\nOur teachings should enhance the understanding of God; His Word, the spiritual realm, and who we are and what we have in Christ as encapsulated in Hosea 4:6 that \u201cMy people perish because of Lack of knowledge”. Our culture and practices should ultimately assist our members and visitors to know how to stand for themselves in faith against diseases, sicknesses, demons and all forms of a\ufb04ictions- Matt. 9:15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We intent to have the people of God who rejoice with those who say ‘ Let us go to the house of the LORD” Psalm 122:1<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I \ufb01rst conceived the Lord’s vision for my calling, it was <\/p>\n\n\n\n
a clear vision of a “House of Prayer for all Nations” as encapsulated in the book of Isaiah 56:7. This house was a fully established home for the manifestation and operation of the Holy Spirit. Everyone in this house was fully and completely comfortable (at home) dining with the Lord. Subsequently, HOLCI was established with the sole purpose of furthering the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ of making disciples of all nation (Matt.28:18). It was founded to focus on teaching people of God to trust and depend entirely on God instead of “men” of God. This preceding statement is simply based on the known fact that, our Lord Jesus Christ is the same, today, yesterday and forever and that people are not dependable. (Heb.13:8). Our main<\/p>\n\n\n\n
